You will be joining HiLITE Builders Pvt Ltd as a Property Consultant in a full-time hybrid role, located in Kozhikode. Your primary responsibility will involve consulting clients on real estate investments and providing them with expert advice. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, creating and delivering property proposals, and staying updated on the latest real estate trends and market conditions. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in consulting and real estate, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales. Your interpersonal and negotiation skills will be vital in establishing successful client relationships. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, any prior experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous.
