Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant, based in Kozhikode. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting and advising clients on real estate investments, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include driving sales, preparing and presenting property proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
