Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement attractive sales strategies and business plans. Provide training and support to team members. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications-Bachelors degree in Buisness administration/any PG degree Required Skills-Canadidate must have considerable experiance in sales,preferably in Real Estate/Insurance/ Banking/ Automobile/ Pharmaceuitical sectors.Excellent communication and inetpersonal skills.
