About Openhouse

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Supervision - Oversee day-to-day site execution of refurbishment projects across multiple residential properties.
Vendor & Workforce Coordination - Coordinate with civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, and interior vendors.
Quality Control & Site Monitoring - Inspect all stages (civil, electrical, plumbing, paint, fittings, etc.) for defects or rework needs.
Documentation and stakeholder management - Coordinate with internal teams for design implementation and snag management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of residential construction, residential and home refurbishment.
Hands-on expertise in site execution across civil and MEP and site management
Good communication and vendor handling skills
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Strong problem-solving ability and site troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp updates, and basic reporting tools.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Construction Management
2-5 years of experience in residential refurbishment, fit-outs, or interior execution.
