Project Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Project Sales Execution
: Provide robust support in
project sales execution
and actively participate in the
tender bidding process
.
End-to-End Solution Provision
: Deliver complete solutions to clients, encompassing everything from initial
inquiry to after-sales support
.
Direct Sales & Market Reach
: Conduct
face-to-face (f2f) sales
activities across both the
Indian and international markets
.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and nurture strong, lasting
client relationships
to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Market Trend Analysis
: Continuously
track market trends
within the manufacturing industry to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Required Candidate Profile

Technical Knowledge
: Possess a strong understanding of
product specifications and functionality
relevant to the manufacturing industry.
Problem-Solving
: Ability to
analyze issues and offer effective solutions
to client challenges.
Sales & Negotiation
: Proven capability to
meet sales targets and close deals
, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
Communication
: Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and tender processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
Proven experience in project sales within the manufacturing industry.
