Project / Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project / Program Manager to oversee complex product and process development programs. This role requires close coordination with internal teams (design, production, marketing, quality) and external stakeholders (OEMs, suppliers, PSUs) to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional projects and product launches.

· Define project scope, schedule, deliverables, and KPIs in alignment with business goals.

· Collaborate with internal teams to track development, procurement, tooling, validation, and production milestones.

· Lead customer-specific program management with OEMs and PSU partners.

· Monitor risk and implement mitigation strategies across the program lifecycle.

· Prepare and present progress updates, reports, and reviews to senior leadership and customers.

· Drive process improvement and adherence to APQP, PPAP, and other relevant methodologies.

· Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master’s degree is a plus.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or product development.

· Proven experience in program management for OEM or tier-1 suppliers.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

· Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, etc.).

· Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and related standards.

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

· PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

· Exposure to export markets and PSU-driven projects.

· Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
