Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify project resources and allocate tasks accordingly to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate resources are allocated to projects as needed.
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking appropriate measures to mitigate risks and minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by implementing rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any questions, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as, JIRA, Clickup, or Asana.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹950,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
