Job Description

Key Responsibilities (To be Managed from Head Office Only) Plan, monitor, and manage multiple civil engineering projects from the Head Office. Coordinate with site teams for day-to-day work updates and progress reviews. Meet and coordinate regularly with clients regarding project status, requirements, and deliverables. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for execution guidance. Prepare and track project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans. Monitor progress, cost control, and ensure quality assurance across all sites. Conduct project review meetings and generate MIS and status reports. Liaise with consultants, vendors, and government bodies for project-related matters. Manage contract documentation, procurement schedules, and billing approvals. Ensure safety compliance, legal clearances, and environmental norms are adhered to. Provide leadership and direction to engineering and support teams. Requirements B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 12–15 years of proven experience in managing civil construction projects Strong background in project coordination, client handling, and multi-site supervision Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel Capable of managing large teams, deadlines, and project budgets effectively
