Job description
Must have 6-8 years of work experience.

● Hands-on experience in Solution architecture.
● Oversee technical design and development of mobile and web applications as perrequirement specifications and quality requirements.

● Participating in client meetings to elicit requirements and other client-facing activities
● Follow agile methodology, conduct daily stand-up, and sprint planning, and manage theproduct backlog.● Good understanding of software architecture and related issues.● Good knowledge and understanding of industry-standard software design patterns● Sufficient hands-on experience in at least one software technology area Web/Mobile.In web, ASP.NET MVC, PHP, Node.Js, Angular, and hybrid app development inmobile, iOS/Android development.● Exposure to cloud engineering is recommended.● Understanding of Micro-Services architecture.

*IMP.: Hands-on with using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity to build solutions. Should know what is vibe-coding, context engineering and prompt engineering. Ability to teach and lead development teams on using AI tools for improved productivity.

Required Candidate profile

● Must have client management experience and team management experience.
● Good understanding of the agile methodology.● Accountable and responsible for the project's quality and timely delivery, leading tocustomer satisfaction.● Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates● Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from variousdepartments● Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources,and scope● Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress ofinitiatives● Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions● Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.
