• Implement complex ICT solutions for NKN/NICNET and its valued customers
• Plan and document highly complex ICT Upgrade and Migration activities across multiple technologies
• Manage and optimize existing customer Environments
• Work in larger virtual teams spanning functions, regions and departments.
• Handle projects that are strategic, of high visibility, and involve highly complex emerging

Technologies and solutions integration

• Team member for the Operation part of the ICT lifecycle - ICT Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation and Optimization (PDIOO).
• Handle complex Data Center and Network Operation Center network, server, storage design/migration, performance engineering or problem resolution projects
• Training & Seminar and Travel to other NKN/NICNET POP’s
• Good knowledge in designing, deploying & supporting different OEM Solutions, In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning
• Strong knowledge in the following areas: IP internetworking, IPv6, LAN Switching, IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), IP Telephony, SAN, CDN, Optical, Wireless, WAN protocols. Strong knowledge in MPLS and QoS.
• Internetworking troubleshooting in a large- scale network environment.
• Knowledge and understanding NKN/NICNET customers challenges
• Demonstrate the impact for NKN/NICNET Customers by driving value add out of all deliverables and interactions
• Able to demonstrate experience working with large complex projects teams.
• Work experience with large government institutional customers or being onsite at government institute will be a definite plus.
• Operation and configuration of Datacenter and network devices (e.g. Nexus, routers, switches, Load Balancers, Storage Networks, Application Optimizers, UCS Server technologies, and VMware Virtualization)
• Understanding of Data Center architectures, experience in planning, design & implementation of Data Center infrastructure
• Technical expertise around the three pillars of data center infrastructure: network, storage and servers
• Good knowledge of Network and Data Center Security
