Project Manager – Civil (Solar EPC)

Location: Pan India Division: Projects Department: Project Execution Reports To: Projects Director Employee Type: White-Collar Salary: As per industry norms Required Experience & Knowledge: Education: B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Civil preferred) Experience: Minimum 3 years in solar EPC project execution Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with rooftop and/or ground-mounted solar project experience Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects from inception to commissioning Ensure all civil works (foundations, structure erection, cable trenches, etc.) are executed as per design, quality standards, and deadlines Site Supervision & Team Management: Supervise and coordinate site teams including supervisors, subcontractors, and technicians Manage manpower deployment, site attendance, and productivity, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Coordination & Communication: Liaise with internal teams (design, procurement) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, consultants) Ensure effective communication and quick resolution of site-level issues Documentation & Reporting: Maintain site logs, daily progress reports, and milestone tracking reports Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Prepare project status updates, handover documents, and commissioning reports Skills Needed: Strong civil execution background in solar EPC projects Effective team and manpower management abilities Strong communication, documentation, and project tracking skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle on-ground challenges independently General Competencies: Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as needed Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in dynamic field environments Understanding of regulatory and statutory compliance processes (DISCOM, CEIG approvals) Strong negotiation and coordination abilities Apply Now!
