Project Manager – AVSI /CCTV & Networking

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects related to Audio Visual (AV) system integration , networking , and CCTV surveillance systems . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven project management capabilities to oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget and time constraints. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain project schedules, Gantt charts, and documentation. AV & CCTV System Integration: Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of AV systems (e.g., conferencing systems, PA systems, video walls). Manage CCTV & surveillance system deployments including IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS, and associated networking. Ensure system interoperability and integration with other platforms. Networking: Coordinate with IT/networking teams for infrastructure readiness (LAN/WAN, switches, cabling, PoE devices). Ensure network design supports AV and CCTV system performance and scalability. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical briefings. Provide regular updates and manage expectations of all stakeholders. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure project delivery meets technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Conduct system testing and quality audits pre-handover. Team Management: Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and technical staff. Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in AV system integration and CCTV/networking projects. Strong knowledge of: AV technologies (Crestron, Extron, AMX, Dante, etc.) CCTV systems (IP/analog, VMS platforms, Hikvision, Axis, etc.) Networking protocols and hardware (switches, routers, VLANs, cabling standards). Familiarity with industry standards: AVIXA/InfoComm, ONVIF, IEEE, etc. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). PMP certification or similar is an advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
