Project Manager

Alien is a global design agency helping fintech, and SaaS startups launch high-performance websites and digital products. We combine bold creativity with precise execution to deliver exceptional design experiences.

• Own end-to-end project delivery for Webflow websites and product design engagements.
  

• Define timelines, set expectations, and manage communication between clients and internal teams.
  

• Track progress, flag blockers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  

• Write briefs, structure tasks in Notion/Trello, and maintain clarity across teams.
  

• Conduct daily standups and review checkpoints.
  

• Facilitate feedback loops between clients, design, and development.
  

• 1–5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or product environment.
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  

• Experience with Webflow, Figma, Trello, Notion, Slack, or similar tools.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without losing clarity or quality.
  

• Empathy for designers and developers and ability to resolve friction early.
  

• Bonus: Experience working in fintech, or startup ecosystems.
  

• Remote-first work culture with async flexibility.
