About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end delivery of website development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (design, development, SEO, and content) to communicate project goals, updates, and changes.
• Should able to manage a team by assigning daily task and regular check throughout the day
• Prepare project timelines, manage resources, and monitor progress by using project management tools
• Conduct regular status meetings, document updates, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and providing proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support in the creation of SOWs, project documentation, and post-launch reviews.
• Collaborate with SEO and SMO teams to integrate marketing strategy within development timelines.
• Identify potential risks and troubleshoot project roadblocks early.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or client servicing, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proven experience coordinating website development projects (WordPress, React, custom builds, etc.).
• Strong understanding of website design/development workflows, UI/UX, and responsive design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SEO/SMO fundamentals is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Experience with client retention or account growth is a plus.
