• Ensuring smooth execution of projects by defining the project scope, preparing schedule, review on project progress and cost as per required quality.

• Close monitoring of critical path activities & escalation to ensure timely completion of activities.

• Follow Safety Practices.

• Acting as point of contact for all internal functions and customers.

• Close co-ordination with construction, site and customers during Erection.

• Monitoring budget, tracking commercial documentations and cash collection.

• Project status reporting and preparing critical activities report, attending reviews.

• Responsible for delivering customer expectations.

• Contract closure in all respect.

• Cash Flow Monitoring.

• Expediting Vendor Deliverable wherever required.

• Co ordinating with Logistics/ Exim Team.
