Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate documentation. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Project Follow-up:* - Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules. - Identify and report potential delays or issues. 2. *Drawing Study and BOQ:* - Study and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. - Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects. 3. *Documentation and Reporting:* - Maintain accurate project records and documentation. - Prepare and submit progress reports to management. 4. *Coordination and Communication:* - Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. - Ensure effective communication and issue resolution. 5. *Project Support:* - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Provide support in project meetings and site visits. *Requirements:* - Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management - 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination - Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQ preparation - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines *Preferred Skills:* - Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., Autodesk, MS Project) - Knowledge of construction regulations and standards - Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana) - Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English,Malayalam (Preferred) Work Location: In person
