Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller Executive to join our Solar EPC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining solar solutions and services, and generating leads for rooftop and industrial solar installations. This role is vital in supporting the sales pipeline and promoting renewable energy adoption. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to residential, commercial, and industrial prospects to promote solar energy solutions. Educate customers about solar EPC services, including site surveys, installation, financing options, and government subsidies. Schedule appointments for the sales/technical team for site visits and consultations. Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, referrals, or inquiries. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate call and lead information. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Collect feedback and provide insights to improve call scripts and customer engagement strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sector. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of solar energy systems or willingness to learn. Good computer skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in solar, energy, or B2B telecalling roles.
