Production Team Executive

Position: Production Team Executive Key Responsibilities: Multitask Across Production Functions: Coordinate logistics, documentation, and team requirements simultaneously. Team Assignment & Booking: Confirm crew members and lock the schedule within 24 hours of a client’s final booking. Travel Logistics: Arrange end-to-end travel—train, bus, car service, or flight—and share itineraries with the team. Expense & Accounts Management: -Maintain detailed travel-expense sheets in Excel. On-Ground / Off-Ground Coordination : Provide real-time follow-ups with crew during shoots; resolve issues and ensure timelines are met. Memory -Card Handling: Implement a clear hand-over / hand-back process for memory cards Excel Proficiency: * Strong organisational and multitasking skills; ability to work under tight deadlines. * Clear, professional communication with on-site crews and back-office teams.
