Production Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Production (Metal) to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in metal manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to optimize productivity while ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire production floor for metal product manufacturing. Develop and implement production plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely delivery and quality output. Coordinate with design, quality, maintenance, and purchase teams for smooth operations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Train, motivate, and evaluate production team performance. Manage production documentation, reporting, and MIS. Key Requirements: 12-15 years of proven experience in metal manufacturing/handicraft production. Strong understanding of machine shop,metal fabrication, finishing, and assembly of metal products. Sound knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and production planning. Proficiency in using ERP/MIS systems. Excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills. Show more Show less
