Production Junior Engineer - Fresher - Diploma (EEE/ECE) only

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Engineer to join our telecommunications team. The successful candidate will assist in the production, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems, ensuring high-quality and efficient operations. • Assist in the assembly and testing of telecommunications equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report any deviations or defects in the production process.
• Suggest and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to optimize production workflows.
• Support the maintenance and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and assist in resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Work closely with senior engineers, production teams, and other departments to coordinate production activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and report issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
