Product Specialist

Educate and guide customers on two-wheeler models, features, specifications, pricing, and benefits. Demonstrate vehicle features during walk-ins and test rides. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and competitor offerings. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and post-sale engagement. Support sales conversions by clearly communicating technical and performance benefits. Collect and relay customer feedback to the showroom manager or brand team. Assist in showroom display management and branding for new product promotions.
