Job Description

• Manage a software engineering team that designs and implements highly scalable and performant applications. • Collaborate with Business and product teams to develop a long-term product roadmap, streamline and own product planning and release cycles. • Handle multiple competing priorities and ambiguity - all in a high growth environment. • Troubleshoot unseen issues across systems. Solves large end to end cross-cutting problems with elegant solutions and an eye on long-term sustainability. • Raise the bar on technical excellence, show thought leadership, and communicate well to different audiences. • Represent the technical organization and evangelise the work to senior leadership. • Provide supervision, mentoring and development opportunities for associates who report. • Create processes to help teams improve and design/iterate frameworks to measure engineering metrics. • Hire engineers as required. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team member and provide opportunities for your team learn and grow.
