Role Overview: As a Product Development Engineer II – Frontend , you will be responsible for building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using React. You will be a key contributor to the frontend team, working closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive and high-quality UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality code by following best practices and code reviews. Maintain and improve existing frontend architecture. Contribute to the evolution of the design system and reusable component library. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js. Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services. Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.). Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). Solid understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and accessibility. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good to Have: Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Exposure to micro-frontend architecture. Knowledge of GraphQL. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
