We collaborate with government bodies and leading organizations to deliver life-saving innovations and ensure public safety. 📌 Job Title: Procurement ManagerEmployment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain Reports To: Management ✅ Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective procurement strategies. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time deliveries. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms. Analyze market trends and monitor supplier performance. Lead cost-saving initiatives and budget control. Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with company needs. Improve procurement policies and systems. Conduct risk assessments and ensure policy compliance. Track procurement KPIs and drive performance improvements. Mentor junior procurement staff, if required. 🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent (MBA/Certifications preferred). 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Deep understanding of sourcing, cost control, and market assessment. ⭐ Preferred:Experience in manufacturing, safety & rescue, construction, or FMCG sectors.
