We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you won’t just observe — you’ll own the understanding of an entire process within a department, coordinate with team leads and workers, and serve as the key point of reporting to management. This is a launchpad role — offering exposure, hands-on experience, and growth pathways within our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Be assigned to one specific department or process within operations Document and understand workflows, SOPs, and daily activities Regularly collect status reports and task updates from team leads and workers Monitor the consistency and smooth functioning of the assigned process Highlight inefficiencies, flag deviations, and escalate issues to management Act as the communication bridge between on-ground execution and leadership Assist in improving departmental transparency and documentation Who Should Apply?
