Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Private Banker to lead our business development and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients, understanding their financial goals, and offering tailored wealth management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new HNI and corporate clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with firm objectives. Conduct in-depth financial profiling of prospective clients and recommend appropriate investment solutions including mutual funds, PMS, bonds, and insurance. Build long-term client relationships by providing consistent support, portfolio reviews, and financial advice. Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, tax laws, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients. Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance standards as per regulatory norms. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory with a strong focus on client acquisition. Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI or corporate relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of mutual funds, investment planning, and financial products. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation. AMFI/NISM certifications preferred.
