Job Description

Desktop Publishing (DTP) Responsibilities:Design and format documents, reports, brochures, posters, forms, and other materials using publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, CorelDraw, MS Word). Ensure high-quality layout, alignment, fonts, color scheme, and branding consistency. Edit and proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and layout consistency. Prepare printable and digital files (PDFs, etc.) and coordinate with printing vendors if needed. Work with content writers, graphic designers, and clients to deliver final documents as per requirement. · Data Entry Responsibilities:Accurately input data from physical or digital sources into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems. Maintain records of activities and completed work. Check source documents for accuracy and update data when necessary. Retrieve and update data as required for reports and client documentation. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Key Skills Required:Proficiency in DTP tools (InDesign, CorelDraw, MS Word, etc.) Fast and accurate typing speed (35–50 WPM preferred) Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets Eye for detail and design aesthetics Good communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (freshers with strong skills can apply) · Additional Preferences:Knowledge of regional languages or multilingual typing (Tamil, Hindi, etc.) is an added advantage. Basic understanding of printing processes and formats.
