Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead the academic and administrative functions of our school located in Kakinada Andhra Pradesh The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills a deep understanding of curriculum and school operations and a passion for holistic student development

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall functioning and discipline of the school
Implement academic policies and monitor teaching standardsSupport and guide teachers with lesson planning and classroom managementEnsure effective communication with staff students and parentsOrganize school events workshops and professional development programsReview academic progress and implement improvement plansManage admissions records staff schedules and school documentationCoordinate with school management for audits budgeting and compliance

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor of Education BEd mandatory MA or MEd preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as Principal Vice Principal or Senior CoordinatorExcellent communication leadership and decision making skillsKnowledge of CBSE or State Board curriculumComfortable using technology for school administration
