Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the school, ensuring high academic standards and student success.
• Oversee daily school operations, including academic performance, curriculum implementation, and teacher management.
• Develop, implement, and review school policies and ensure the proper functioning of all administrative processes.
• Coordinate and supervise teaching staff, ensuring that teachers are equipped and trained to deliver quality education.
• Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation, discipline, and holistic development.
• Liaise with parents, school authorities, and external stakeholders to promote the school’s growth and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage school finances, resources, and infrastructure in a cost-effective manner while ensuring academic and operational excellence.
• Stay updated with educational trends, techniques, and regulatory changes in the CBSE framework.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Total Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the education field.
• Senior Secondary Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior secondary role.
• Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree (PG) in Education or a related field (must).
• Experience: Proven track record of leadership in a school environment, particularly in a CBSE-affiliated institution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with modern educational technology and learning management systems.

Age Limit: Maximum age of 45 years.
