Job description Job Title : Pre Sales/Sales Support Executive Nos. of Opening: 06 (Six) Department : Sales/Customer Relations Location : Greater Noida West/Indirapuram Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner. Maintain a cordial relationship with clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively. Assist the sales team by providing necessary client information and feedback. Brief potential clients about property projects, offerings, and features. Schedule property site visits and ensure a smooth experience for clients during these visits. Maintain client records and update CRM systems. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for event planning, open houses, and promotional activities. Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring client satisfaction. Support in organizing customer engagement activities and events. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. A customer/client/guest-centric approach and a keen eye for detail. Preferred Attributes Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus) with pleasing personality (Preference given to Male & female Both candidates) Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
