Job Description

As the Pre-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the sales teams in acquiring new customers. Your role will involve managing bids, ensuring the delivery of quality proposals by coordinating with all stakeholders, and providing on-call and ad-hoc information support to sales teams globally. You will be tasked with responding to inquiries, organizing product demonstrations, benchmarks, and Proof of Concepts (PoC), and maintaining a repository of project-related information such as proposals, concept notes, presentations, collaterals, offerings, case studies, and references. Additionally, you will be required to review and vet proposals, concept notes, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and project-related artifacts intended for prospective customers. Guiding the team in preparing sales documents for existing products, delivering high-quality technical expertise in the pre-sales process to facilitate closing sales opportunities, and conducting product and solution technical presentations and workshops are also part of your responsibilities. Innovation and implementation of new processes within the pre-sales team to enhance productivity, reporting on pre-sales achievements and work status to senior management, coaching and mentoring team members, as well as indirectly supporting sales teams through marketing case studies or technical support are essential aspects of this role. Understanding the economics of projects and determining project costs for use in project financials by the sales team will also be a key responsibility. To excel in this role, you should have significant experience in presales and be capable of leading a team of experienced professionals. Experience in managing clients from the Middle-Eastern and African regions, engaging clients at an executive level, conducting technical and business conversations to understand client requirements, and possessing strong problem-solving, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills are crucial. Strong presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders are also important attributes. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in BE/B.Tech/MBA/PGDM and be fluent in English. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
