Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales professional, located in Kolkata. The Presales professional will be responsible for conducting client consultations, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and providing detailed product information to potential clients. The role involves analyzing customer needs, creating tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include customer service, building strong client relationships, and offering presales support to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to assess customer requirements
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Consulting and providing presales support
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a presales or similar role is an advantage
