Pre Sales Associate

As a member of the Shopdeck team, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions. You will be expected to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, working closely with the sales team to devise effective strategies that drive sales. Additionally, your role will involve maintaining documentation of client interactions and feedback, utilizing CRM tools to track leads and opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have at least 6 months of experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer-facing roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with experience in customer engagement and relationship management, will be beneficial in this role. You should be adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments, possessing a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while taking initiative. Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, as well as proficiency in market research, presentation skills, and business development, will further enhance your potential for success in this position.
