We are on the lookout for a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and has hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more. Job Summary: As a PPC Specialist at DigiManiac, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon . You will also play a key role in training junior team members , sharing your knowledge and helping grow internal talent. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement paid advertising strategies that align with marketing goals Create, launch, and manage campaigns on: Google Ads & Google Shopping Facebook & Instagram Ads Amazon Ads (if experienced) Conduct keyword research and audience targeting Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team for creatives Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and regular performance analysis Track key metrics: CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS, etc. Prepare clear, data-driven reports for internal review Stay updated with the latest ad trends and platform updates What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in running paid ads (agency experience preferred) Strong command of Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , and Google Analytics Knowledge of performance metrics and optimization tactics Creative thinking and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and reporting skills Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint are a plus Benefits: Competitive salary Learning and growth opportunities Supportive work environment Chance to work on a wide variety of client campaigns How to Apply: Apply directly through Indeed or send your updated resume to hr@digimaniac.in Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: SEO: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
