The group of Dr. Guillaume Diss at the Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research (FMI), affiliated with the University of Basel, is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to advance the development of generative models for protein-protein interactions. The research focuses on understanding how protein sequence determines interaction affinity and specificity, leveraging deep mutational scanning data and advanced artificial intelligence approaches.
