Roles and responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire PMC (Project Management & Controlling) function.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams – design, production, quality, logistics, and site execution.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and control multiple PEB projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure timely project execution within defined quality and budget parameters.
• Interact with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure all deliverables are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
• Report project progress and challenges to management at regular intervals.
• Drive process improvements and team efficiency.

• Required skills and qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the PEB industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale industrial PEB projects.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination abilities.
