Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting students/job seekers and are looking for an energetic and self-motivated placement Officer( Field officer ) to support on-ground operations. The role requires field visits, data collection, community engagement, and reporting to support our institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and companies to identify placement opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to companies, organizations, and training locations for partnership and placement tie-ups.
• Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer visits.
• Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and job-readiness training.
• Track placement records and prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Coordinate between students, employers, and internal departments to ensure smooth placement processes.
• Identify new market trends and align placement strategies accordingly.
• Promote the institution's talent pool to potential employers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0-1 years of experience in placement, business development, or outreach roles.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and employer engagement.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Passionate about student development and career services.
• Male profiles preferred
• 2-wheeler license is mandatory.
