Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator based in Barmer. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing placement activities for students and trainees, building and maintaining relationships with employers and corporate partners, organizing placement drives and job fairs, and providing career counseling and guidance. The role involves collaborating with trainers to ensure job readiness and tracking the employment status of placed candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with employers and corporate partners
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate placement activities efficiently
• Career counseling and guidance skills
• Ability to track and report on the employment status of candidates
• Familiarity with vocational training and skill development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
