.Conduct regular meetings and feedback sessions to evaluate candidate satisfaction and address placement-related concerns.
.Collaborate with academic departments to align student skills and career aspirations with placement goals.
.Organize and oversee campus placement drives, company visits, assessments, and interview rounds.
.Provide career counselling, resume reviews, and guidance on industry expectations.
.Conduct soft skills training sessions, including workshops on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
.Build and maintain employer relationships to create and expand placement opportunities.
.Coordinate interview schedules between students and recruiters, ensuring timely communication.
.Maintain an up-to-date database of job vacancies and student profiles.
.Plan and execute job fairs, employer networking events, and recruitment bootcamps.
.Track placement metrics and compile reports on placement outcomes.
.Stay informed on industry trends and evolving job market demands.
.Act as a liaison between students, alumni, employers, and internal teams.
.Continuously evaluate placement processes and recommend improvements.
