PHP & Wordpress Developer

We’re hiring a talented WordPress Developer with strong design sense and Elementor experience, who can lead web development projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on WordPress development experience with deep skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and plugin customization. A keen eye for design and a deep understanding of Elementor Pro is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress websites using Elementor .
• Design responsive layouts and implement clean, engaging UI/UX based on Figma.
• Customize or extend WordPress themes and plugins based on project needs.
• Modify and build custom plugins as per client specifications.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs (REST, payment gateways, CRMs, etc.).
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, mobile, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, plugin conflicts, or performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver on-time, high-quality results.
• Maintain and manage updates for WordPress core, plugins, and themes across multiple websites.
• Occasionally work on WooCommerce stores, membership portals, and landing pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Elementor and Elementor Pro (custom widgets, global styles, theme builder).
• Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with custom theme development, plugin customization, and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
• Good design skills with the ability to convert PSD/Figma/XD designs to responsive websites.
• Experience working with WooCommerce.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, database queries, and data structure.
• Familiarity with API integration, AJAX, and JSON.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Ability to write clean, modular, well-documented, and reusable code.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with multisite, multi-language setups, or membership sites.
• Knowledge of WordPress security, backup, and migration tools.
• Familiarity with cPanel, Plesk, Cloudflare, and hosting configurations.
• SEO knowledge: schema markup, structured data, and on-page best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization tools (e.g., WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
