PHP & Wordpress Developer

As a PHP/WordPress Developer, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of PHP/MySQL. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing websites using WordPress back end, database, and server integration. You will be involved in creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins. In this role, you will conduct website/application performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and monitor the performance of live websites/applications. An understanding of SEO is a plus, along with knowledge of front-end technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery. To excel in this position, you should have a good grasp of Core Advanced PHP frameworks, Design Patterns, and MySQli Database. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to relocate internationally for on-site opportunities, if required, is essential. A solid understanding of the complete Web Development life cycle is necessary. Knowledge of automated testing, HTTP Protocol, JSON, and XML is beneficial. Proficiency in designing frontends using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap is expected. You should have extensive experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with WordPress custom frontend and backend template development, as well as WordPress plugin development, is required. Experience with Git and build tools is also preferred. An understanding of web optimization and performance will be considered a bonus. The ability to write clear, maintainable code is essential. Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) is an added advantage. You should be willing to learn and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of 3rd party API integration will be beneficial for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in WordPress/PHP.
