Job Title: PHP Developer – Symfony Framework Location: Mangalore, Karnataka Experience: 4 to 7 Years Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Work Mode: Hybrid (As per company policy) Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced PHP Developer with strong expertise in the Symfony framework to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications and APIs using modern PHP practices and Symfony components. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Symfony. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Debug and resolve technical issues across environments. Optimize application for performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and Symfony ecosystem. Required Skills: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in PHP development . Minimum 3+ years of experience in Symfony framework (Symfony 4/5/6 preferred). Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture , and design patterns. Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL , database design, and optimization. Knowledge of Docker , CI/CD pipelines , or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Symfony certification (optional but a plus). Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React) is an advantage. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.
