PHE Design Engineer

Position: PHE (Public Health Engineering) Design Engineer
Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Location:Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PHE systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects in line with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, schematics, and specifications for water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of PHE services.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, pump head calculations, and equipment selection.
• Review and approve contractor/shop drawings and material submittals.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and resolve technical queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in PHE design for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar.
• Good knowledge of relevant codes (NBC, IS Codes, UPC, IPC etc.) and green building norms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
