Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  performance marketing campaigns

  across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms.
• Drive lead generation and bookings through

  targeted campaigns

  tailored to travel offerings.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Analyze ad performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing for copy, creatives, and targeting.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in

  digital advertising

  travel consumer behavior

• Generate performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in

  performance marketing

  , preferably in the

  travel or tourism domain

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Facebook Ads Manager

  and

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  .
• Deep understanding of

  campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation

  .
• Familiarity with

  Google Analytics

  Tag Manager

  conversion tracking tools

• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
