Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Take full ownership of digital paid channels, performance dashboards, and ROAS goals
• Coordinate with SEO and website teams to boost organic traffic and conversions
• Optimize D2C performance funnels and landing pages, ensuring CRO best practices
• Deeply understand Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and keyword tools
• Write compelling ad copies, coordinate for creatives, and explore AI-driven ad innovation
• Run retargeting, interest-based, and catalog campaigns with performance-first thinking
• Work closely with tech and product teams to improve campaign feeds and analytics
• Drive weekly reporting, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing routines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong grasp of paid media, funnel optimization, and e-commerce ads
• Experience working on D2C product catalogues and performance metrics
• Hands-on with Shopify and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Proven ability to scale campaigns while improving ROAS
• Self-starter with attention to detail and a bias for action

Preferred Background:

• Graduates in Marketing, Engineering, or Data Analytics
• Prior work in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or fast-paced D2C brands
