Job Description


Key Responsibilities

 


·     Develop, implement, and scale ROI-driven marketing strategies across digital platforms


·     Own and optimize performance across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), SEO/SEM, and display advertising


·     Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals


 


Paid Advertising


·     Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation


·     Manage bidding strategies, A/B tests, and campaign experiments to drive efficiency


·     Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize performance to meet acquisition and ROI targets


 


 Affiliate & Partnership Marketing

 


·     Build, manage, and optimize a network of affiliate partners


·     Monitor performance and drive growth through strategic partnerships


·     Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and campaign objectives


 


Performance & Analytics


·     Define KPIs, monitor key metrics, and prepare regular reports on campaign performance


·     Analyze customer behavior across digital channels to uncover insights and improvement opportunities


·     Use analytics to inform creative strategies, targeting, and budget allocation.


·     Collaborate with internal/external creative teams for ad content and assets


·     Own media planning and budget allocation across all paid channels


·     Ensure cost-effective spend and high-impact delivery


 


Social Media & Community


·     Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns


·     Ensure platform-specific content and messaging strategies


·     Monitor trends and engage with the online community to enhance brand presence


 


 Vendor & Agency Coordination

 

·     Manage relationships with digital agencies, tech partners, and content vendors


·     Ensure timely execution and alignment with budget and quality expectations


 


Requirements

·     3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)


·     Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing


·     Strong understanding of ad platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and attribution models


·     Excellent analytical skills with a creative and experimental approach to marketing


·     Proven track record of managing media budgets and delivering ROI.
