Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Delhi, India. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to enhance ROI. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and coordinating with stakeholders to align campaign goals. This position requires regular monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure campaign success.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage ad campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

• Design creatives, reels, and high-converting ad copy
• Track and improve campaign performance across platforms (ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.)
• Install and manage

  Meta Pixel

  ,

  Google Analytics

  , and

  Tag Manager

• Run performance campaigns for

  lead generation

  and

  sales conversion

• Strategize and scale campaigns for ad spends in

  lakhs per month

• Conduct A/B testing and performance audits
• Optimize product and sales funnels (Shopify/WordPress)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience

  in performance marketing
• Proven success with

  high-budget ad accounts

  (₹1L+/month)
• Hands-on experience with

  Shopify

  and

  WordPress

  integrations
• Strong knowledge of

  Google Ads
