About Us: Studio XO is a premium hospitality brand with multiple outlets across India, known for its vibrant events, exceptional service, and dynamic nightlife. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive footfall, reservations, and event awareness. Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and suggest data-driven optimizations. Work with the design team to create ad creatives tailored for various digital platforms. Help manage the marketing funnel for each outlet – from awareness to conversion. Track and report campaign performance regularly to internal stakeholders. Stay updated with performance marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 0–1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing (internships count!). Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills. Passion for the nightlife/hospitality industry is a bonus. Note: This is full-time on-site job based in Gurugram.
