Performance Marketer (Founding Team Role)

Dehi is a sustainable women’s wear brand making conscious clothing accessible and affordable. Our design ethos is rooted in functional everyday wear, versatile silhouettes, and timeless design. We focus heavily on Indian sizing and offer size customization — because fashion should fit you, not the other way around.

We're building our in-house founding team and looking for a Performance Marketer who can scale smartly, experiment often, and bring strategy + style to our growth journey.

Your Role Will Cover:

• Leading campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
• Optimizing for performance via GA4, Meta Pixel, SEO, and UX flow insights
• Testing hooks, creatives, and messaging with the founder + content team
• Setting up funnels, identifying leaks, and improving conversions
• Tracking KPIs like CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and sharing learnings
• Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or video editing for performance creatives

You Should Have:

• ~3 years experience

  in performance marketing in fashion (mass premium/D2C)
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, SEO, and tracking setups
• Strong analytical mindset + ability to tie numbers back to creative decisions
• Solid understanding of e-commerce UX/UI and customer journeys
• Based in Delhi NCR, able to commute to Noida office 4 days/week
• Eager to take ownership and grow with a brand
