This position is ideal for professionals with 6+ years of experience in performance engineering and a strong background in SAP optimization. Role Details: Experience: 6–14 years (Senior Associate to Manager levels). Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune. Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. Employment Type: Full-time. Key Responsibilities: Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Monitor applications via AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace. Analyze AWR reports, heap/thread dumps, and perform JVM tuning. Collaborate with dev teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues. Optimize SAP application code and infrastructure for scalability. Mandatory Skills: 6+ years in performance engineering + SAP exposure . Expertise in performance testing/monitoring tools (listed above). Proficiency in AWR analysis, JVM tuning, and dump diagnostics. Preferred Skills: Certifications in performance engineering.
